Happy Belated Halloween!

Celebrated my first ever Halloween with Wy on Saturday @ Escape Theme park.
It was a pretty fun night! Paid 12 bucks for the tix. Queue was damn long and the whole place was filled with kids and young teens.. which means noise and more noise filled the air.


There was a mini halloween masquerade parade where the workers dressed themselves up as some ghastly looking creature. Quite cool looking, especially the Medusa with the real snake around hes neck! Sadly, We didn't have a good camera to snap some pictures of them. Wasted!

We managed to play some of the rides inside the theme park, like the pirate ship and the flume ride! We also went into the "Haunted House". But it wasnt that scary. Toomany props were used=\


We found casper!

Went to NYNY for dinner after that. Mac & Cheese ftw!

Today was a great sunday.

Helped my mum with the housework in the afternoon and then met up with gf to watch 2 pretty good films






Pirahna was damn gruesome and disgusting. Quite a short show but not that bad overall. It's R21 so u should know wat to expect.

Life as we know it was pretty comical and entertaining. Like what the picture shows, it's about that 2 person trying to raise that little baby there whos actually the child of their good friends. After their demise, the 2 had not choice but to bring the baby up so as to not disappoint their friends. Had a few good laughs throughout the movie. Go watch it!

And i shall take my leave and head to bed now

Caught "Nowhere Boys" with gf today at cine. Pretty good show! It's about the life of one of the members from "The Beatles", John Lennon. Quite sad yet inspiring story. It was a good 2 hours spent

Went over to Clarke Quay where we had our dinner at Cafe Iguana!


We came across this place a few weeks back while strolling down CQ and it looked pretty good. They serve mexican cuisine! which was something different from our usual diet.

The food we ordered was damn filling. Could have shared a main course and an appetizer, looking at the portion they served. She ordered some smoked salmon tacos while i had the shredded steak chimichangas, which is actually 2 big bread filled with shredded beef and other ingredients together with some mexican rice.

Oh and theres also a complimentary basket of chips with salsa sauce! Pretty good deal.

All in all, the food wasnt that bad. A little pricey but it's kinda expected, given it's location. and i still can't believe they serve free chips!!

Will upload pictures of our eats once i get the pictures from her!

Time to sleep. Gonna wake up super early tmr for live range.

What a day.

HILARIOUS!

I love my new macbook. Enjoying every second of it!

Ytd was the AHM at esplanade. Took part in the 21km run and it's tiring as hell. No more marathon for me please. I can literally feel my leg giving way during the 18km point. Sucks. A long and uninterrupted rest was wat i reward myself when i got home.

Went to Chinatown with gf today. Weather was unforgiving so we tried our best to seek some aircon whenever we can. The aftermath of the 21km run ytd on my legs is still relentless. Muscles aching after a long day of walking.

But it's a good day nonetheless. Glad you are happy babe!

And it's back to the discouraging work tmr. I need more long weekends like this!

My mac is here! and im loving every bits of it! he he

Went to Kbox today in the afternoon with Wingyi. Had a great time singing out hearts out. Needless to say, our playlist was filled with mostly jaychou and wang lee hom songs! Headed to town afterwards to catch "Resident Evil: Afterlife". Quite a nice movie but i find it extremely short. But i guess it lived up to most of the audience's expectations.

Went to Tanglin mall after the movie to go look for one of her friend whos working there. Seems like it's my first time visiting that particular part of town. Lots of very interesting shops can be found along the road towards tanglin mall. But they all looked very high class and expensive.

Had our dinner at the food court at the basement of the shopping mall. Nothing fanciful. Frugal meals ftw! hahaha

I'm still trying to familiarize myself with this new toy. Very nifty and beautiful!

Happy 29th BABE!

Such a fun and memorable weekend it was.

It all started as early as 8am in the early morning of Saturday where cong drove us to mount faber to go visit the henderson waves, which is the highest pedestrian bridge in Singapore. It was a rather strange activity for us because we rarely meet up so early to go visit some place. Makes us feel like a tourist. Nothing much to do there except some sight seeing. Walked up and down the forest slopes, which reminds me of route marches. But it's always refreshing and invigorating to have the morning air brushing across our faces. Took a few shots too.

The binoculars behind us was damn fun to play with. hahaha

The rest then went for breakfast while i took the train down to harbour front to meet my poly mates for our sentosa outing!

Bought some food and snacks at Giant and Cold storage before heading over to siloso beach where we had our mini picnic. Kc and i had a good swim. We just had to soak ourselves in the salty water because the sun was burning us. And i kind of regretted swimming afterwards because i forgot to bring my towel :(

Went over to RWS to walk walk. We then decided to pay 5bucks to enter part of the enormous Universal studios to explore! It was really very beautiful and happening. Even though we only get to visit the "hollywood" section of the whole place as our 5bucks can only bring us that far, there's still a lot of things to see. Took a whole lot of photos inside too and we had a huge 20 inch pizza for dinner at the price of "$40.80".

And at 10pm before the place closes, theres a pyrotechnic and fireworks display too. Simply breathtaking. Definitely worth the amount we paid! Will surely pay the full amount next time and have access to the whole area!

It's a special sunday today for my girl and I. Our first month together! But it wasnt a great start because i was LATE! :( sorry babe

We had lunch at Kuishinbo @ suntec. The food was great but not many things to choose from. Maybe the main course is only available for dinner. But it was still good!

Caught "Grown Ups" at marina square later in the evening. It was damn hilarious. Haven't had such a good laugh in a long long time already. Good stuff!

Had a simple dinner @ LJS before we took the bus back home.

Thanks for today babe! Really enjoyed myself. Hope the same applies to you!

Start of another week tmr but at least i can smile and sleep tonight. Great weekend!
