hello.

It's been awhile since i wrote something here and i better not delay any longer because there are a few memorable stuff i want to pen down and i'm afraid i might not remember them if the hiatus continues.

It's pretty sad that the 15days of Chinese new year is coming to an end. I enjoyed mine quite a lot. Although it was almost the same as every year, the atmosphere and camaraderie of it is wat makes it irreplaceable. My little cousins would rush into my room the first thing they arrived at my place and asked if they can use my computer and play "Left 4 Dead". In the past, i was quite reluctant about letting them use my computer because that's the only thing that kept me occupied. Thus, i wasnt really looking forward to their arrival. haha but it's very different now, though a remnant of aversion still lingers, i feel that it's only right to be selfless at times and help make others happy! haha

I also went over to lih long's place with the guys to play some MJ and Cards on the first night of new year. If i didnt remember wrongly, i was the overall winner that night! So it was all good.



Went to alicia's birthday dinner a few weeks back. It was a Plaza Sing's Swenson. Food was alright and the company was great. But it's no fun carrying my big and heavy black bag around. Didnt have the time to go back home after i booked out so i met them right after i came out. But denise did help me with it once in a while even though i think it's a little too heavy for her. But she insisted on carrying it even though i refused to. So we exchanged bags for awhile!

And i decided to pick up a book to read recently because i figured that i will have quite a lot of free time in camp for the next few days. So might as well make the most of it doing something productive. I chose one entitled "The perks of being a wallflower" amongst the few others that my sister had because i find the cover attractive. I have this very weird taste for storybooks. It seems like the cover of the book is what attracts me the most, more than wat kind of book it actually is and the content inside. Read the synopsis and it looks like it's something i will like.

Im half way through the book and im really enjoying it. Cant wait to finish it. Found out a couple of new songs too that was being mentioned in the book.This could be an impetus to help me make reading a habit. We'll see how it goes.

Went out with the usuals today for lunch at Parkway. That place suddenly seem so unfamiliar to me because i haven been there for i think close to a year or so. But i don't really notice many changes. We dined at Ichiban mainly because of the "yu sheng" there as we wanted to carry out the Chinese new year routine. Not many places have it so we gave it a try. The food was a little too expensive in my opinion. Taste was mediocre at best.

Left for some lan shop at katong after that. Hahaha lan gaming. It's like you are craving to play it and after ure done, u find it a total waste of money. But we still managed to get a good laugh out of it. haha

Went to lih long's place at night to play some cards then cabbed home with eric. I really need to control my expenses for this month. Not good

Can't remember when was the last time i actually blogged during a weekday

Anyway, 24km march @ East coast park in another 6 hours or so.

Thankfully tmr is our bookout day. But i'll most probably be limping over the weekends.
