Is it possible for 1 life to be worth more than another or more?

Would you kill a baby to save the entire room of people because the crying baby would give their location away?

Would you switch the track for the train to kill the one guy and save the many others on a different track?

Would you save a loved one of urs and let the 20 others die or save the group and see ur loved one go

i'm not sure what to do when such situation arises
